XL MIT shirt -> party dress

I really love the nerdiness of this MIT shirt, except for I could care less for the boring t-shirt fit.  Solution: make it a dress!  I made this awhile back, so there's no real tutorial for it.  The open sleeves were definitely an experiment- I tried on the dress lots of times and tweaked it as necessary.  It was also useful in making sure that the bottom was just snug enough.
